Job Responsibilities: Work closely with the Prototype Build Team to assemble high-quality prototype vehicles, bucks, and rigs for test and development. Support a wide range of activities, including vehicle builds, fabrication, rig builds, and testing. Assist in prototype vehicle component manufacture and modification. Effectively coordinate multiple vehicle builds, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines. Work collaboratively to ensure quick problem resolution and efficient communication of technical issues. Provide input into vehicle packaging and assembly across multiple systems. Experience Required: Extensive development vehicle build experience at both whole-vehicle and component level. Strong knowledge of vehicle architecture and operation of support equipment. Experience with prototype vehicle support and maintenance, including fault diagnosis. High level of computer literacy and ability to work with engineering specifications and drawings. Proficiency in fabrication and basic machining. Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines, maintaining a high standard of work. Strong team player with leadership qualities, capable of motivating others.
