Skills / Experience Required: Previous experience in a customer service environment (medical/pharmaceutical experience is desirable). An excellent telephone manner and ability to deal with customer orders and queries in a helpful, efficient, and friendly manner. Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication. Must possess strong interpersonal, analytical, and organisational skills.
