Agile Pathfinding & Prototyping: Experience working within an Agile, test-and-learn environment to rapidly validate technical assumptions, de-risk delivery, and break candidate solutions into deliverable components. Stakeholder & SME Engagement: Strong written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage with senior leaders, system owners, and technical SMEs to resolve complex technical unknowns. Technical Experience and Tooling API & Integration Patterns: Hands-on experience working with APIs, complex data access patterns, identity resolution services, and managing integration constraints across fragmented Legacy systems. End-to-End Data Flow Mapping: Proven expertise in designing and documenting secure technical workflows, specifying exactly how data moves, where business logic sits, and how role-based access control is applied. Vetting Requirements: Candidates must hold Security Check (SC) clearance.
