Harvey Nash is now recruiting for a Service Designer for initially a 12 weeks assignment. Public Sector 12 week assignment Day rates available between £300 - £350/inside of IR35 Hybrid to Edinburgh or Glasgow We're seeking a Service Designer to support a high-profile transformation programme, shaping end-to-end services that deliver real value to users. You'll play a key role in improving customer journeys, aligning business processes, and embedding user-centred design. Key Skills & Experience Strong experience in Service Design within digital or transformation programmes Proven ability to create journey maps, service blueprints and design artefacts Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary teams Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills Background in public sector or regulated environments (desirable) Please submit your CV for consideration.
