You'll be working closely with the planned maintenance team and with other internal teams to plan and coordinate your diary and appointments, working smartly to gain access to the remaining properties where access has been a challenge. We expect you'll be completing between 6 and 8 surveys per day. Duties will include: Conducting stock condition surveys across a diverse housing portfolio Carrying out Domestic Energy Assessments (DEA) in line with Elmhurst accreditation Coordinating appointments with residents and liaising with internal teams to align visits Ensuring accurate data collection and reporting to support strategic asset management What you'll need to succeed DEA accreditation with Elmhurst (essential) Experience in a similar role, ideally within social housing Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with residents and colleagues A proactive, organised approach to scheduling and survey delivery What you'll get in return This is a 6-month contract which may be extended. As the organisation is bringing the programme in-house, it's possible that the position may continue longer term. We expect you'll be doing surveys 4 days a week with 1 day doing reports and EPC submissions. You'll have the opportunity to work from home when completing reports with travel to the office as required. You'll receive an hourly rate of up to £45 per hour. You will be conducting on site assessments and surveys, analyse data to identify areas for improvement and prepare technical reports To provide administrative support to the delivery of projects. To maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with clients and residents To provide retrofit advice to support a householder's journey to a low carbon home To deliver retrofit focused home visits or surveys with minimal support.
