Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and cook meals for residents in line with dietary requirements Ensure meals meet IDDSI modified food standards where required Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene practices at all times Manage kitchen cleanliness and organisation in line with FSA regulations Support menu planning and stock control where needed Work efficiently in a busy care home environment Requirements Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (essential) Experience working in a care home, healthcare, or similar setting Knowledge of IDDSI modified diets (essential) Strong understanding of food safety regulations Ability to work independently and adapt to different kitchen environments Flexibility to work day and weekend shifts
