Silver and Bow
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded private principal for a talented chef to join their close-knit, London-based team. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to join a top team of highly motivated, passionate chefs The team is led by an experienced and hands-on Head Chef who cooks alongside his team, invests in developing them, and runs a kitchen where the structure is flat and the standards are high. The food is warm and generous, family-style rather than plated fine dining, but the quality and care that goes into it is anything but casual. What sets this role apart is the emphasis on culinary development. The principal actively sends chefs on trips around the world; San Sebastián, Thailand, Korea and beyond, to absorb new techniques and broaden their repertoire. You will be genuinely invested in, challenged, and given the tools to become a more rounded and capable chef. The role is based in Central London with travel approximately 8-10 weeks of the year.
