Key Responsibilities Receive, assess, and respond to enquiries and complaints relating to private rented housing and Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs). Carry out reactive, routine, and proactive inspections of residential properties. Undertake Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) assessments. Work with landlords and tenants to resolve housing issues and improve property standards. Investigate complaints relating to statutory housing duties and regulations.
