With an ever-growing pipeline of projects, they are currently looking for an experienced Interior Designer to join their creative team. Role & Responsibilities Understanding and taking responsibility for the client's brief and the project challenges Visualising concepts (hand drawn/software based sketches) and preparing client presentations Producing layout plans and marking up CAD drawings for juniors to assist Material research and proposals Dealing directly with clients, contractors and third parties Working within the timelines and fee constraints of a project Preparing application information for statutory applications, i.e planning/building control/CDM On site inspections and project delivery. Required Skills & Experience 4+ years' of F&B and/or hospitality experience in the UK Proven experience working on projects from concept through to delivery Strong communication and client-facing skills and experience Familiarity with building regulations and planning issues and ability to address relevant matters Ability to prepare and submit statuary applications (under supervision/guidance) Good understanding of interior construction methods - joinery, partitions, metalwork, etc. Proficiency in Vectorworks, Adobe Suite and Sketch Up.
