Our client is ideally seeking an experienced Estimator on a freelance/self-employed basis, although permanent employment may be considered for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company with a strong pipeline of projects and play a key role in supporting projects from tender stage through to completion. The Estimator Role Working closely with the management team, you will be responsible for preparing accurate estimates, managing procurement activities, and assisting with the commercial delivery of a variety of building and refurbishment projects. Projects Quantity Surveyor The Projects Quantity Surveyor will support the successful delivery of installation projects across the UK, ensuring effective commercial management throughout the project lifecycle.
