Good communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite. A full UK driving licence. Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field (preferred). Working towards professional membership (RICS, CIOB, or similar) not essential. CSCS card and Health & Safety awareness (SSSTS/SMSTS beneficial).
