As the business continues to grow, the business is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to help strengthen and scale the operating platform. Description This is a senior, practical and varied operations role at the centre of a growing investment management business. The Operations Manager will work closely with the COO as a trusted operational partner, helping to keep the business running smoothly day to day while improving systems, controls and processes for the next stage of growth. The successful candidate will be comfortable moving between detailed operational work, service-provider oversight, trading support, internal coordination and project delivery.
