Senior Project Manager - HV/ICP Working with a rapidly scaling, multi-utility infrastructure provider delivering complex private network solutions across the UK. Salary : 75,000 - 85,000 Basic + Car Allowance + Package Location : Midlands or the Northwest Role Description: As a Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of private network projects, spanning high and low voltage electrical infrastructure. These projects sit at the more complex end of the market, often involving customer-owned networks, embedded generation, and technically challenging delivery environments. Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for managing projects through their full lifecycle, from early-stage design coordination through to delivery and final handover. This role combines technical oversight, commercial accountability, and leadership, with a clear expectation to influence both project outcomes and wider team capability. You will lead multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining strong client relationships and protecting commercial performance. Alongside delivery, you will mentor and support Project Managers within the team, helping to elevate standards across both technical and behavioural performance. Required Experience: Proven experience delivering projects within utilities, ICP, DNO or cabling packages from 11-132kV. ICP Project Manager 55,000 - 65,000 Per annum Hybrid Working (very flexible) The main purpose of the project manager is to successfully deliver new electricity connection projects from LV up to 11kv Key Responsibilities and Duties Manage and supervise internal and external staff; covering cable jointing, substation installation, excavation & reinstatement, cable installation, commissioning and energisation as allocated by the Senior Management Team Responsible for project safety, cost, and quality Be aware of and promote the clients Health and Safety policies and risk management Liaise with Local Authorities and our clients Project Coordination Team regarding street works Provide monthly project reports and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget Liaise with DNO's & iDNO's to complete final connections Liaise with client's and Stakeholders on site, providing excellent customer service to meet and exceed the client's expectations. Skills and Experience Experience in the ICP Sector is essential, with respect to site management and product and sector experience and site conditions, together with the law within the construction industry would be essential in this role.
