Highway Operative We are seeking a reliable and skilled Highway Operative to join our team in the delivery of essential highway maintenance and traffic management services. The successful candidate will support the installation, maintenance, and removal of temporary traffic management (TM) systems and assist with a variety of highway-related tasks in both rural and urban environments. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and remove temporary traffic management systems in accordance with industry standards and safety regulations. Operate Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs) safely, particularly static boom lifts. Carry out general highway maintenance activities such as signage, barrier installation, road repairs, and debris clearance. Work in compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures. Complete all necessary paperwork and reporting related to site activities. Work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with colleagues, supervisors, and members of the public where required.
