Duties: Set and operate CNC machines (Fanuc, Mazak/Mazatrol and Citizen/Mitsubishi controls) Read and interpret engineering drawings Set tooling and fixtures Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment Complete quality documentation Maintain high standards of quality and housekeeping Requirements: 3-5 years' CNC setting and operating experience Experience with Fanuc, Mazatrol and Mitsubishi controls Ability to read engineering drawings Good attention to detail Quality-focused and reliable Desirable: Lean Manufacturing / 5S knowledge Background in precision engineering Benefits: Private healthcare Pension matched up to 6% Employee ownership programme Early finish on Fridays Modern workshop with ongoing investment and training This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with an immediate start , offering long-term prospects with a well-established engineering company.
