As a Chef de Partie you must be enthusiastic and motivated, and in the absence of the section chef you should be able to run the section as required. You may also be involved in monthly menu changes and the daily specials board. You will be expected to assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen and maintain a high quality of food service daily. You must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including splits, evenings, and weekends. The working hours for this role will be 36-40 hours per week. Due to the location, the candidate would need to be a driver. This role requires dedication, creativity, and a passion for culinary excellence.
