The Opportunity: Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities across your designated region. This is a highly consultative business development role focused on opening doors within new sectors and promoting a comprehensive range of fastening products and supply chain solutions. Responsibilities include: Identifying and developing new business opportunities across multiple industry sectors Building relationships with OEMs, manufacturers, distributors and end users Promoting standard and bespoke fastening solutions Introducing customers to the company's Full-Service Provider (FSP) offering, including inventory management, logistics and supply chain support Developing territory growth plans and market penetration strategies Working closely with internal technical and operational teams Negotiating and securing long-term commercial agreements Delivering sustainable sales growth across new and existing sectors The Ideal Candidate profile: The successful candidate will be a proactive and commercially driven business developer with a passion for opening new markets and winning new business.
