Provide new residents or estate members with basic site information to help them familiarise themselves with the development and its facilities. Assist with the administration of the estate WhatsApp group, including adding and removing members when requested by the board or managing agent. Maintain good communication with residents and respond helpfully to general enquiries where appropriate. Provide assistance with the set-up and dismantling of the annual estate garden party and any other occasional community events held within the development. Desirable to support website maintenance and updating (training provided). Basic understanding of health and safety or willingness to be trained. Ensure all tasks are carried out safely and in accordance with relevant health and safety procedures. Report hazards, maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly. Assist in maintaining a safe environment for residents, visitors and contractors.
