Build and fix ServiceNow Service Mapping (patterns, entry points, mapping runs) Get Discovery working properly (MID servers, credentials, coverage, tuning) Improve service-to-infrastructure relationships so impact analysis actually works Troubleshoot poor data, broken mappings and odd behaviours Support integrations (APIs, Integration Hub, Service Graph, import sets) Work closely with infra, cloud and app teams to validate what s actually happening In short: make the CMDB useful, accurate, and trusted. What we re looking for Hands-on ServiceNow ITOM experience (real-world implementations) Experience with Service Mapping + Discovery (incl. troubleshooting) Strong CMDB skills - relationships, CI classes, dependency modelling Experience integrating data (APIs, transform maps, Integration Hub etc.) Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP) / modern infra environments. Working Policy Hybrid working places are in place for this role, with 2 days onsite (Cambridge) required each week.
