Duties in this role include: Ensure the efficient running of the SMI and any associated equipment; (logopak, spice capper ,top tagger , video, pallet stacking) To troubleshoot and resolve minor issues (mechanical and procedural) To liaise with Area Process Leaders, Line Coordinator, Engineers and Shift Managers Ensure the correct glass and caps are on the line; Ensure the efficient running of the Capper, this includes assisting in or completing a capper changeover when required; Consider quality, health and safety issues and the implications at all times; Ensure that you work to "Right First Time" ethos; Trouble shoot and maintain efficiencies with mechanical and procedural understanding; Work along side QA; Completing data capture; Resolving minor issues, mechanical and procedural; Mentoring and assisting with the training of new staff.
