Qualified Social Worker - Hospital Team St Woolos Hospital, Newport (Hybrid Working) £37.34 per hour Umbrella 37 hours per week Initial 3-month contract Hoop Social Work is recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Hospital Team based at St Woolos Hospital in Newport. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive, fast-paced multidisciplinary team, with a hybrid working arrangement combining time on-site and working from home. As a Hospital Social Worker, you will play a key role in supporting timely, safe hospital discharges by completing strength-based assessments and coordinating appropriate care and support plans.
