You will facilitate learning episodes, build strong communication and rapport with students to boost their self-confidence, and create a safe and stimulating learning environment. Your support will be crucial in helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Strong ability to motivate and inspire students who may face challenges in education. Understanding of safeguarding principles and child protection procedures.
