Key Responsibilities: Lead the home in line with Ofsted regulations, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding. Register the service with Ofsted and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements. Manage a team of care professionals, promoting development and strong team performance. Ensure the home operates effectively, achieving positive outcomes for the children and young people. Take part in the on-call rota as required.
