The successful candidate will support lawyers and staff in managing risk and maintaining best practice across the firm. The role will also involve managing reporting and accountability for higher-risk or complex cases, ensuring these matters remain compliant with firm procedures and regulatory obligations while reducing overall risk exposure. This role would suit an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner who is looking to step away from a file-handling role and get more involved with file audits, risk management and quality control.
