This role involves monitoring CCTV and security systems in a secure environment during night shifts, responding promptly to alarms and incidents, and liaising with emergency services and other stakeholders as necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and maintain professionalism under pressure. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate incident logs, following security protocols, and providing clear reporting. The successful applicant will join a dedicated monitoring team and contribute to ensuring a safe and secure environment across the Mole Valley area. You ll operate specialist jetting vehicles, support planned and emergency works, and ensure essential services run smoothly for the communities we serve.
