The Opportunity As a Commercial Account Handler, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial clients, providing first-class service and technical support across a wide range of insurance products. You'll be working closely with clients, insurers and colleagues to ensure policies are administered efficiently and that clients receive the advice and support they need throughout the policy lifecycle. Your duties will include: Managing day-to-day client enquiries Processing mid-term adjustments and policy amendments Preparing and negotiating commercial renewals Obtaining and comparing quotations from insurers Producing policy documentation and ensuring records are maintained accurately Supporting clients with claims-related enquiries Building and maintaining strong client relationships Ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA and company compliance standards About You To be considered for this role, you'll need previous experience working within a commercial insurance broking environment and be comfortable managing your own portfolio of clients.
