Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and comprehensive diagnostics on HGVs to identify faults or potential issues. Utilise schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex problems accurately. Carry out fabrication, welding, soldering, and assembly tasks as needed to restore or modify vehicle parts. Repair or replace components such as engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and electrical wiring. Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used in compliance with company standards. Assist with the training of junior technicians & apprentices and support team members when required.
