Not tweaks to existing channels. Brand new audiences, actively flowing into our sales team. • Qualified lead volume - the leads coming from your channels are converting. Not just names and email addresses. Real, interested, qualified prospects who are genuinely considering becoming a Travel Consultant. • Repeatable pathways - at least three of your new channels are reliable and self-sustaining. You ve documented them, embedded them, and proven they work without you having to manually push every single time. This Role Your sole focus is finding audiences we ve never reached before. While our marketing team manages a busy existing pipeline, you operate independently - looking outward, constantly. You ll research sectors, identify professional networks and communities, and build direct pathways into them. Corporate redundancy pools. Ex-military networks. Professional groups. Industry associations. Anywhere that houses ambitious people who might just be ready to build something of their own. When you find a strong prospect or a promising channel, you don t hand it off and move on. You nurture it. You keep the momentum alive until it s firmly embedded into our pipeline. Then you go and find the next one. This is a commercially minded, outbound-first role for someone who understands that real growth comes from creating new demand - not optimising what already exists. You ll operate with a lot of autonomy. You ll be trusted to make good calls quickly and pivot when something isn t working. And when you find something that does work, you ll pursue it hard. Remote working is absolutely fine, though being within reach of Bournemouth is a genuine advantage - we re a collaborative team and there s real value in being able to get in the room when it matters. Here s where we see you need experience to kick ass at this role • Pure outbound prospecting - you ve spent meaningful time (3 5 years) in outbound lead generation, business development, or a hunting-focused sales role. You re comfortable starting conversations from cold and turning them into commercial momentum. • Opening new markets from scratch - you can point to a specific time you identified a new territory or audience segment, built a strategy to reach them, and made it work. Not inherited someone else s pipeline. Built your own. • Network thinking - you instinctively think about where groups of ideal people gather. You can map a market, identify the communities within it, and figure out how to get access. • Speed and judgement - you test fast, read the signals honestly, and don t waste time on avenues that aren t moving. ROLE PURPOSE Global Corporate Relations Lead will play a strategic role to build and manage GEDU's global employer ecosystem. You will lead the development of strategic global partnerships with employers, professional bodies, and industry networks to co-create impactful career pathways, experiential learning opportunities, and curriculum enhancements. You will ensure employer voice is embedded across GEDU's employment strategy, from programme design to delivery, and foster long-term relationships that drive student outcomes and institutional reputation. In conjunction with the Global Head of Employment and Corporate Relations you will design and deliver a global scalable employer partnerships and industry relations strategy (focusing on targeted outreach, value proposition, partnership tiers, events and networking, programme co-design and alumni network). ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Employer Partnership Development • Establish and manage strategic employer partnerships across target sectors and regions (e.g. tech, finance, healthcare). • Develop strategic engagement plans/ toolkits to engage with and attract key employers, industry bodies and other partners. • Build and maintain a centralised CRM of employer contacts and engagement history. 2. Co-Creation & Programme Innovation and Driving Commercial Growth • Co-create programmes with employers, including apprenticeships, certifications and experiential learning modules. • Collaborate with academic teams to embed employer input into curriculum design. • Lead the development of employer-led bootcamps, guest lectures, and live projects. • Deliver custom B2B training through existing GEDU programmes and apprenticeships as well as bespoke executive education solutions. 3. About The Role Are you a highly effective communicator with proven success in raising five and six figure gifts from major donors? We are recruiting for a Senior Philanthropy Manager to join on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. As Senior Philanthropy Manager you will lead on the management and delivery of our highly successful Insurance United Against Dementia (IUAD) campaign. You will work closely with an exceptional board of senior volunteers from the insurance industry to deliver the campaign strategy. You will lead on securing income from personal philanthropy and Trusts from within the industry, working closely with Board members on peer-to-peer advocacy. In addition, the role has oversight and input to all IUAD campaign activities - including communications, events and corporate partnerships. You will lead on relationships with key IUAD board members to maximise fundraising opportunities and maintain their motivation and engagement in the campaign. This role will give you the chance to deliver meaningful impact on the lives of people affected by dementia.
