Performing data entry, retrieval, and maintaining databases to support engineering operations. Organising and maintaining filing systems, including archiving of documentation. Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as required. Compiling reports to support the Site Engineering Manager and wider team. Managing diaries and scheduling meetings for team members. Coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and arranging conferences or site events.
