Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly instructions and technical documentation. Strong hands-on technical skills with soldering, wiring, PCB assembly or electro-mechanical assembly. An interest in leadership and developing a career in team management. Experience mentoring, coaching or supporting apprentices, trainees or junior staff would be highly advantageous. Positive and proactive approach with strong communication skills.
