Qualifications & Skills Technical Expertise: Strong experience in VMS systems (Genetec preferred), IP-based cameras, and networking fundamentals. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams in a high-pressure environment. Certifications: Genetec certification and camera manufacturer-specific training. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and reporting capabilities.
