We cut steel plate up to 120mm thick and press steel plate to form excavator bucket floors to exact customer requirements. Predominantly MIG welding, alongside a small amount of MMA. Because our work is so varied and often bespoke, you need to be comfortable reviewing and amending plans as you go. What we can offer you We pay weekly, so you are paid for exactly what you work rather than being on a fixed salary. Pay: £17.00 to £17.50 per hour to start, depending on your experience, overtime at time and a half (£26.25). Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. Overtime: You get 40 hours at your standard rate, plus a guaranteed 2.5 hours of overtime every week. This brings your annualised earnings to around £39,500.
