About You What we need from you: A passion for people and a belief in the power of conservation (we'll teach you the rest!) Resilience: the ability to face rejection and keep going with positivity. Confidence speaking to strangers and working towards clear targets. A full UK driving licence. Availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends. Willingness to travel up to an hour from home each way every day. Comfortable working outdoors and often alone. Fundraising, sales, or customer service experience. Please note, you will be required to travel to our HQ in Sandy, Bedfordshire during your induction which will start on the 6th of October 2025 and you will be required to travel to our HQ from the 13th - 16th of October. For a full list of induction dates please refer to the attached recruitment pack. We will cover all associated costs for travel and accommodation. Full training and support will be provided.
