This role is ideal for a PMO or Project Delivery professional with Defence experience who is looking to develop their Scrum Master skills while maintaining a strong delivery and governance focus. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day programme and project delivery activities. Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and dependency trackers. Monitor progress, risks and issues, providing regular status reporting. Coordinate meetings, workshops and Programme Increment (PI) Planning activities. Maintain project documentation, governance records and action logs. Support resource planning, change control and cross-team dependency management. Act as Associate Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams. Facilitate Agile ceremonies and help remove team impediments. Support sprint planning, backlog management and continuous improvement initiatives. Build strong relationships with Product Owners, Architects, Technical Leads and stakeholders. Skills & Experience Essential 3-5 years' experience in PMO, Project Coordination or Delivery Support within Defence. Experience supporting software or IT delivery teams. Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills. Desirable Experience working in a SAFe environment.
