Have a full UK driving license and happy to travel to sites across the UK. The Role: To prepare and deliver instruction on course modules in support of the training pipeline including lesson planning, training aids, workbooks, and student handouts. To create and prepare relevant teaching and learning materials, utilising modern learning technologies, including the use of Technology Enhanced Learning. Assist with the technical administration of training, course design processes, teaching and learning materials and equipment. Maintain a Continuous Personal Development (CPD) portfolio in respect of SQEP, innovative technologies and equipment, future training commitments and personal development requirements. Ensuring lesson plans and training sessions are developed in accordance with the approved Learner Specifications, Course specifications and Course Training Plans. Review course material and content ensuring it is current and evolves to support equipment and technology advances, using the most appropriate training aids. The Person: Minimum 5 years on the tools. NVQ3 or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or similar. Local to Lyneham or moving to the area. British Citizen and able to obtain Security Clearance.
