Town Planner - Principal Town Planner Location: Leeds (Hybrid working) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent A respected, employee-owned consultancy is seeking a Town Planner, Senior Town Planner or Principal Town Planner to join its established planning team. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a motivated Town Planner looking to work across a wide range of projects including renewable energy, waste, minerals, and commercial developments. As a Town Planner in this role, you'll be involved in both strategic and immediate development schemes, managing all aspects of the planning process - from initial policy appraisal through to application submission and project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and prepare planning applications and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) Undertake site appraisals and provide strategic advice to clients Manage stakeholder relationships including local authorities and communities Oversee sub-consultants and support a multi-disciplinary project team Deliver expert planning consultancy services across multiple sectors This is a fantastic opportunity for a Town Planner who enjoys working collaboratively and is keen to contribute to high-profile projects that shape the future of development.
