The Role Deliver engaging lightning protection training to apprentices and industry learners Develop and improve course materials and delivery methods Provide regular feedback and track learner progress Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Build strong relationships with industry professionals The Person Proven experience in the lightning protection trade Level 3 vocational qualification (or higher) in a relevant field Computer literate with strong organisational skills Willing to complete Level 5 teaching qualification (if not already held)
