Working closely with the Managing Director and wider leadership team, your responsibilities will include: Leading and developing a small finance team Taking full ownership of the preparation and delivery of financial accounts Managing banking relationships, foreign currency transactions and cash flow forecasting Reviewing and strengthening financial controls, processes and reporting procedures Identifying operational improvements and implementing meaningful change across the business Reviewing supplier and service contracts, leading renegotiations where appropriate Analysing costs, margins and profitability to support commercial decision-making Contributing to the long-term strategic planning and growth of the business Playing a key role in monthly management and leadership meetings What skills do we need? We're looking for a commercially focused finance professional who enjoys being hands-on and influencing business performance.
