Competitive Salary (£35,000 - £40,000 DOE) Monday to Friday Working Pattern (8:00am - 5:00pm) Full-Time, Permanent Position Modern Workshop Environment Ongoing Training & Development Career Progression Opportunities THE ROLE As a Prepper / Painter / Polisher Technician, you will play an essential role in the vehicle refinishing process, ensuring every vehicle is prepared, painted, and finished to the highest possible standard before being returned to the customer. Key Responsibilities: Prepare vehicles and panels for painting through sanding, masking, filling, and priming Carry out polishing, finishing, and rectification work to achieve a flawless finish Assist with paint preparation and application where required Inspect completed work to ensure exceptional quality standards are achieved Work closely with Paint Sprayers, Panel Technicians, and MET Technicians throughout the repair process Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment Follow manufacturer repair methods and company quality procedures Complete all work efficiently while meeting agreed repair deadlines ABOUT YOU We're looking for a reliable, hardworking, and quality-focused technician who takes pride in producing outstanding vehicle finishes.
