Key Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new build properties, and shared ownership transactions. Deal with all aspects of post-completion work including the submission of Stamp Duty Land Tax returns, registration of titles at HM Land Registry, and closure of files in accordance with firm procedures.
