Key Responsibilities: Source new vendors and products in line with business strategy and demand Manage product selection and support new range development Maintain sourcing sheets and manage critical paths to ensure deadlines are met Develop samples and support product photography when required Build, develop, and maintain strong supplier and factory relationships Monitor seasonal trends and maintain up-to-date product knowledge Coordinate submissions, lab dips, and bulk approvals, ensuring timely feedback Ensure all product specifications and technical packs are accurate and provided to relevant teams Support packaging development and the product fit process Work closely with merchandising to ensure accurate and efficient order raising Maintain fabric and swatch libraries, including sourcing sustainable materials Communicate key updates clearly across internal teams and senior management Support quality standards and ensure suppliers meet company requirements About You Previous experience within a Buyer or product development role, ideally in a fast-paced environment Experience within clothing/textiles or similar product categories is highly desirable Strong technical fabric knowledge is advantageous Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively Comfortable working to tight deadlines and critical paths Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team What's on Offer Competitive salary depending on experience Hybrid working options Opportunity to join a growing and dynamic business Exposure to end-to-end buying and product development processes A collaborative and supportive team environment
