As the Building Fabric / Small Works Estimator, you will be responsible for pricing small works projects between values of 1,000 - 100,000 values, with a large majority being minor works. Your role will be a 50/50 split (self managed) between the head office in Surrey and travelling to client sites to carry out full surveys and inspections.
