The must have skills/experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science or a similar technical discipline Strong experience in administering a large-scale, highly distributed service network for 24x7 production, preferably for revenue generation and not enterprise support Strong knowledge of Internet protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, VPN, etc.) Strong experience with layer 3 routing and layer 2 switching Rich experience in global quality improvement and skilled in BGP application and a deep understand on oversea vendor environment.
