Key responsibilities include: Providing administrative support for tenancy management, estate management, anti-social behaviour and tenancy sustainment services. Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience using databases or housing management systems such as NEC. Experience of financial administration, including purchase orders and invoice processing. An understanding of social housing, tenancy management processes and working effectively with internal and external partners.
