What will I be doing in this role? You ll be working as part of a team undertaking the installation, maintenance and routine work for a full range of highway lighting apparatus including street lighting columns, lanterns, brackets, poles and signs across the Cotswold area. This is a physically demanding role which will involve you working outdoors and on public highways, where you ll also hold responsibility for operating a HIAB. In a typical day, you could expect to be; Installing and maintaining street lighting apparatus and furniture, this could be street lights, signposts or signs Ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our clients and the general public Working to strict safety guidelines and regulations What do I need to be successful in the role? It would be a benefit if you have an electrical background We work in all weathers! So you need to be the type of person who is happy working outdoors all year round. We do need you to have a full UK Driving Licence as we cover a wide range of locations An HGV Class 2 Licence An ALLMI course (The association of lorry loader manufacturers and importers) Some of our nice to haves are; We would look for you to hold IPAF/PASMA working at heights training Completion of a G39 Electrical Safety in the planning, installation, commissioning and maintenance of public lighting and other street furniture training Course We can however support the right candidate to achieve any level of industry training/qualifications they may not have in the nice to have list Here at Enerveo, we know that some applicants don t apply unless they think they tick all the boxes- but we are saying don t worry! Provide excellent customer service. Operate in accordance with training and Policies & Procedures. Ensure the delivery vehicle is roadworthy and daily vehicle walk rounds have been completed and recorded.
