Essential Requirements Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). Minimum of 3 years' experience working within a children's residential setting. Experience supervising or leading staff. Sound knowledge of safeguarding procedures. Good understanding of Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership and organisational skills. Enhanced DBS.
