What You'll Be Doing Building AI-powered applications, tools, and internal platforms Developing automation workflows and AI-enabled business solutions Creating prototypes and proof-of-concepts using the latest AI technologies Working closely with marketing and business stakeholders to solve real-world challenges Exploring emerging technologies and identifying new opportunities for innovation Supporting AI-related projects across content, communications, events, and business enablement What We're Looking For Around 2-3 years' commercial software development experience Experience building applications using modern development technologies A strong interest in AI, automation, agentic systems, and emerging technologies A curious, experimental mindset with the ability to turn ideas into working solutions Strong communication skills and the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders Experience with front-end development, automation tooling, or AI frameworks would be beneficial This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, and working with the latest AI technologies in a highly innovative and fast-moving environment.
