This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll be out in the cafés, supporting your teams, driving standards, opening new sites and making a genuine difference every single day. The Opportunity You'll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of all six cafés, leading and developing an Assistant Café Operations Manager together with six Café Managers and approximately 60-70 team members across the business.
