Key Responsibilities as Behaviour Lead: Behaviour Leadership: Drive whole-school behaviour expectations with consistency and authority. Routine Management: Maintain strong daily structure, boundaries, and clear behaviour systems. Targeted Interventions: Lead firm, outcome-driven interventions to improve conduct and self-discipline. Behaviour Monitoring: Track behaviour data, incidents, and progress trends with precision. Professional Coordination: Work efficiently with teachers, pastoral teams, leadership, and external agencies.
