You will demonstrate excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, alongside the ability to inspire, motivate and develop staff. Applicants should have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Significant leadership experience within a secondary or specialist SEND setting. A strong understanding of SEND, inclusive practice and safeguarding.
